ATTENTION STOCKHOLDERS
Proxies received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 will be considered valid for the February 10, 2024 Annual Meeting. Proxies received after that date and time will not be considered valid for the 2024 annual meeting.
At the Annual Meeting, a ballot will be required if more than seven candidates are running for the Board of Directors.
If a Stockholder doesn't have a valid proxy on file and wants to cast their vote, they will be allowed to receive a ballot to cast their vote.

The proxy you signed previously is a continuing proxy, and it will be good this year unless you want to change it, in which case you will need to sign a new one and return it to the Bessemer Ditch office. Unless you indicate otherwise, your proxy will be voted the same as it was previously.
