The annual meeting of the stockholders of THE BESSEMER IRRIGATING DITCH COMPANY has been called by the directors of said Company to be held in the Vineland Middle School, at Vineland, Colorado, at 10 o'clock A.M. on Saturday, February 10, 2024, for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors for the ensuing year, levying an assessment on the capital stock of the Com­ pany to provide funds for the operation, 1naintenance and improve1nent of its ditch and other business expenditures, including the purchase of stored water, considering the acquisition of water rights and matters connected herewith, and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

This proxy shall remain in effect until such times as it shall be revoked in writing by me and shall not be affected by the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, Section 7-4-116(3) which would otherwise limit the validity of the proxy to 11 months from the date of its execution.
